Village of monroe ny

The rules and regulations set forth in this section, duly made and enacted in accordance with the provisions of sections 1100-1107 of the Public Health Law, shall apply to Mombasha Reservoir and all watercourses tributary thereto or which may ultimately discharge into said Mombasha Reservoir or which may be developed in the future to serve as sources of the water supply to the Village of Monroe.
